Traci Carter (Producer) and I (Director) were selected as 1 of 12 teams (6 documentary and 6 narrative) to represent my narrative feature screenplay, Destiny's Road, at the Women In Film Financing Intensive , sponsored by Women In Film and Sundance Film Institute. We spent two days workshopping our budget and pitch with industry mentors in order to prepare us for a day of pitching with film financiers. We did an amazing job pitching the film. The nerves and adrenaline worked in our favor.
